I have been exploring and studying the body, breath, heart, mind, and spirit for over three decades. Having traveled extensively, I've learned a broad range of healing modalities which strengthen wholeness, love and compassion.
I have studied meditation in India for seven months and am a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have utilized both ancient and modern techniques to empower, re-balance and enhance the well-being of clients.
